Extrusion
Our extruders are equipped with the functions of rotating die, electronic position control, chill air bubble cooling, auto tension controlled winding system and corona treatment. With our mono and co-extruders, we are able to produce high quality blown films which in turns make quality LD/LLDPE, PP & HDPE plastic bags.
Printing
Being equipped with advance Roto-Gravure printing machines, we are able to cater for printing up to 8 colours print.

Cutting & Sealing
Emphasizing on meeting clients’ individuality needs, we have indented advanced and sophisticated machines capable of producing various sizes, materials and types of bags. Our clients have wide choices of handle punching designs and loops to choose from that suits their need and enhancing corporate image.
Besides flexible packaging, we are able to produce bags including side sealing bags, hanger bags, carrier bags, perforation and hole punching etc. Heat seal is incorporated to ensure strong sealing of handles and side/bottom sealing.
